The general conditions of use define and frame the terms of access and navigation on the website, and determine the respective rights and obligations of the user and the publisher within the framework of the use of the website https://www.lacompagnie.ch/ (hereafter: the Site).
- Acceptance of the TOS and modification of the TOS
By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You also confirm that the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this site does not prohibit access to and viewing of images with sexually explicit content.
We make every effort to ensure that the Site is accessible to users at all times.
You agree that the site may be modified, unavailable (e.g. for maintenance) or closed at any time, with or without notice.
The Company declines all responsibility in case of unavailability of the site, for whatever reason.
- The agency
Through the site, La Compagnie puts Users in contact with Associates for meetings.
The meetings are only held in luxury hotels or in the private homes of the users. We do not offer bachelor pads or salons.
The full amount due is payable in cash directly to the hostess at the beginning of the appointment.
Payments by bank transfer are possible. In this case, please inform La Compagnie in advance.
- Cancellation of appointments
In case of cancellation by the client less than two hours before the appointment, the client is requested to pay 40% of the amount corresponding to the number of hours initially scheduled.
- Behavior towards the hostesses
It is formally forbidden to incite the hostesses to acts contrary to their will or to exert towards them any form of violence of any nature whatsoever.
It is also forbidden to incite them to consume alcohol or drugs.
- Waiver of a Hostess
If you find that a hostess is not suitable, it is your responsibility to inform La Compagnie within a maximum of 10 minutes from the beginning of the appointment with the selected hostess and to pay 40% of the amount corresponding to the number of hours initially planned.
- Intellectual Property
The Site and the Services, as well as their contents, are protected by Swiss legislation on intellectual property, in particular copyright.
- Personal data policy
By using the Site and the Services, you provide certain personal data and other information about yourself. The Company undertakes to collect and process them in accordance with its Personal Data Policy.
- Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Use of the Site is governed by Swiss law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
The Agency recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data.
This policy describes how the data you provide is collected and used.
- Processing of your personal data by the agency
1.1 Your data is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
1.2 If you wish to meet one of our hostesses through us (either via the contact form on our website or by phone), we will ask you to give us some personal information (name, first name, email, phone number).
1.3 We draw your attention to the fact that if you wish to pay by bank transfer, the credit organization will receive your name, first name as well as details related to the account used. With this method of payment the price of the service will be increased by 5%. The bank statement will not show the name of Agence La Compagnie, but the name of a Swiss company specialized in communication.
1.4 Your personal data and information will be used exclusively to process your requests and will not be passed on to third parties, subject to sections 1.5 and 1.6 below.
1.5 Your data will be passed on to the hostesses you wish to meet insofar as this is necessary to process your request. In this case, the agency is entitled to communicate the details required for your meeting (in particular time and place). The hostess is required to delete your personal data at the end of the meeting.
1.6 Notwithstanding the above, your personal data may be disclosed if required by an authority or if disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or interests or those of our employees, or in response to a court order.
1.7 You can ask us at any time whether data concerning you is being processed. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
1.8 To exercise this right, you can send an e-mail to the following address firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Processing of your personal data by the hostesses
2.1 Our hostesses are not obliged to give you their personal data and contact details (e.g. email, telephone number etc.).
2.2 You expressly agree not to attempt to obtain the hostesses’ personal data from them.
2.3 In the event that you or the hostess decide to exchange personal data directly, the agency formally declines all responsibility for any damage of any nature whatsoever, suffered in connection with the disclosure of your data in the circumstances described in this article.
2.4 At the end of the meeting, the hostess will destroy all personal data concerning you in her possession.
2.5 The agency declines all responsibility in the event that the hostess does not comply with section 2.4 above.
